Our kitchen assistants and porters are highly trained, and we hand pick all of our chefs based on their experience, so we’re always confident we’re providing you with the best people who will slot straight into your team like they’ve always worked there.

We can provide highly experienced kitchen staff at short notice for wedding venues, stadia, restaurants, racecourses in both a full time and temporary capacity.

Our dedicated chef consultants work tirelessly matching the right talent to the right venue, ensuring quality every single time. All members of our kitchen brigade have been selected not only for their skill in the kitchen, but also for their friendly personalities and the ability to remain professional under pressure, helping them to easily integrate with a client’s existing workforce.

Every member of our kitchen brigade has also been provided with all the relevant training required to handle potentially dangerous chemicals that may be required for cleaning, and have all completed the necessary health and safety & food safety training for working around others in a busy environment.

From school kitchen staff to prison catering – we are here to help

Of course, we don’t just provide kitchen staff for bars, hotels, and restaurants.
For many years MINT has acted as a staffing agency for the kitchen work in schools, colleges, universities, prisons, and many more unconventional environments.

In schools and other educational establishments, our chefs will be able to work with the local health authorities to ensure that every child is provided with meals that fully cover their nutritional needs as they continue to grow. Any member of MINT staff who takes on a temporary or full-time role within a school kitchen will have already been DBS checked, and is fully vetted to work around children.

We even provide staff for prison catering staff, with trained staff that can cook high-quality meals for those who require them all the while ensuring that the nutritional guidelines set forth by HMPS are followed to the letter. We trust our kitchen workers including chefs, assistants, and porters to operate safely in what can often be a challenging atmosphere.

We also provide kitchen staff to clients who act as caretakers for nursing homes and hospitals. We have extremely experienced executive chefs who are experts at cooking hearty meals for staff and patients at establishments where vulnerable people often reside.
